Training “Step by step from trainees to trainers and peer-supporters” for students from the neighborhood faculties

A three-day training session to empower students to develop their own digital and psychological resilience, and to enable them to provide support to the other students and to implement training for their peers, was held at our Faculty at the end of March and beginning of April. The training programme is developed as a part of the ERASMUS+ project “Enhancing digital and psychological resilience through peer networking in the online environment in times of crisis – DigiPsyRes“. Trainees were students of the Faculty of Technical Sciences and the Faculty of Agronomy. In addition to the members of the project team from these two faculties, the training was realized by students Anđelka Stanišić and Dragana Perišić, who were prepared for co-training work at the international pilot training realized at the beginning of 2024.
The first training session addressed psychological resilience, mental toughness and well-being, coping with stress, and support. It was held on March 21, 2024, at the FTS.
