Teacher Mobility in Austria within the CEEPUS Network

Dr Lena Tica, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences Čačak, visited Campus 02 University of Applied Sciences in Graz from April 8th to 13th, 2024, as part of the teacher mobility program of the Central European Exchange Program for University Studies (CEEPUS).

The purpose of the visit was to strengthen international cooperation in the field of scientific research, which has been ongoing between these two institutions for several years. In addition to teaching activities within the Smart Automation study program conducted in English, during which Campus 02 students were informed about study programs offered by the Faculty of Technical Sciences Čačak, Dr Tica participated in a meeting with other professors staying at this university within the CEEPUS mobility program. The aim of the meeting was to exchange information and establish contacts for future networking.

The mobility also involved meetings related to joint scientific research activities of English language teachers from these two institutions. With Dr Dagmar Archan, Director of the Center for Innovation in Education at Campus 02, and Dr Ivana Krsmanović, a professor from the Faculty of Technical Sciences who is currently on a three-month study visit at Campus 02, Dr Tica discussed strengthening ties between employees of these institutions for further cooperation and partnerships within joint projects related to computer-assisted English language learning.
The Faculty of Technical Sciences has been participating in CEEPUS since 2021 as part of the Intelligent Automation for Competitive Advantage (IntACA) network, along with 12 other higher education institutions from the region.
