PRODUCTION AND ECOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT

Summary of the program:
The aim of the study program in Ecological Management is to produce knowledgeable and skilled professionals who can contribute to the sustainable management and conservation of ecosystems, promote environmental management, and address pressing environmental issues. The study program also enables developing students' leadership abilities and effective communication skills in the context of environmental management. Students will learn to work effectively in teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate scientific findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Ecological Management study program provides an opportunity for the students:
• acquire strong foundation in ecological concepts, theories, and principles
• learn about sustainable resource management strategies that include conservation planning, mitigation of the impact of human activities on the environment, waste and hazardous material management as well as the reduction of environmental risks
• develop skills for assessing and monitoring environmental conditions, including training in field research techniques, data collection and analysis, and the utilization of advanced technology and tools for environmental monitoring
